7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You agree that the courts of Lahore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

8. Termination

a. Shoplet reserves the right to terminate access to the Site without prior notice for any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

b. If terminated, you must immediately cease use of the Site. Any termination does not affect obligations arising before the termination date.

c. If you are dissatisfied with the Site, your sole remedy is to discontinue its use.
